Hello you! I'm Negar, a former corporate leader and now a passionate Coach & Consultant. My own journey is all about resilience, ambition, continuous transformation and a relentless pursuit of the impossible.
For over 20 years, I thrived in the corporate world, leading transformational change initiatives in Ireland and globally. My expertise in guiding large-scale organisational and human behaviour change programmes across diverse industries like Energy, Commodity Trading, and Government Departments has been the cornerstone of my career.
While my role as a leader in a prominent consulting firm was massively fulfilling, it also came with its challenges. Beneath the surface of a flawless career, I battled with anxiety and the immense pressures of a role that often encroached upon my personal life, including my growing family and personal commitments. The desire for a deeper purpose and the 'head space' to pursue my dreams was a constant undercurrent.
As I entered my 40s and overcame my anxiety, finding purpose and meaning became a newfound priority. Despite my love for the corporate world, a deep-seated desire for something more profound and personally rewarding compelled me to embrace change. I made a courageous leap, leaving the security of corporate life to embark on a journey as an independent Coach & Consultant.
My professional voyage took me from an anxious beginner to a leader in a top consulting firm, and eventually, to fulfilling my dream of running my own coaching and consulting business - this was my Impossible goal!
Today, my mission is to inspire individuals and organisations to reach beyond their perceived limits, to chase their dreams with the urgency and passion they deserve.
